by Tim Griffin
directed by Elly Green

Featuring Kathryn Acosta, Kevin Alves, Krista D’Agostino*, and Katie McLean Hainsworth

In this homespun cross-stitch of American terror, a lonely young girl’s innocent wish conjures a bloody bible-belt object-lesson of how a sincere attempt at redemption might be ambushed by long-overdue retribution.

Tim Griffin is thrilled for Imaginary Fiend to be chosen as a finalist for Deathscribe 2015. His writing work includes the produced stage plays Deadworry, Ticklebrains, Murder in Mirthburg, Closer to Free, and Re: Alice, as well as the short films Snare and The Cellar Job, and the full-length creature feature Tail Sting. He is currently working on Letters from the Seventh Circle (a collection of horror/dark fantasy short stories), a new full-length gothic horror play, and the first in a series of “superhero noir” novels. As an actor, Tim has performed on stage and/or screen in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dublin, and Moscow, and is also an accomplished voiceover talent and fight choreographer. His jazz-blues band, “The Smoking Section,” plays regularly in the Chicago area. He is of indeterminate age and is currently at large.
